Level 1 Training Agreement

Welcome to Embody Your Light Somatics™ Level 1. This training is a foundational educational program designed to introduce somatic principles, body-based awareness, nervous system understanding, and spiritually integrated healing concepts.

By enrolling in this program, you acknowledge that you are entering a proprietary, intentional, and professionally held learning container.

Please read this agreement carefully.

1. Nature & Scope of the Training

Embody Your Light Somatics™ Level 1 is an educational and experiential training intended to:

Provide foundational understanding of somatic principles
Increase awareness of the nervous system, body intelligence, and subconscious healing
Support personal growth, embodiment, and self-awareness
Introduce spiritually integrated perspectives on healing

This Level 1 training does not certify you to practice Embody Your Light Somatics™ professionally. It is a prerequisite foundation for deeper applied skill development offered in future levels.

This training is:

Not psychotherapy
Not medical treatment
Not a substitute for licensed mental health care
Not crisis intervention

You are responsible for practicing within your own scope, training, licensure, and ethical boundaries.

2. Personal Responsibility & Emotional Safety

Somatic and embodied practices may bring awareness to emotional, physical, or subconscious material.

By enrolling, you acknowledge that:

You are responsible for your own physical, emotional, and psychological well-being
You may pause, modify, or opt out of any exercise at any time
You will seek appropriate professional support if intense material arises
You understand that this training is not designed to treat trauma, diagnose conditions, or replace professional care

You participate voluntarily and assume full responsibility for your experience.

3. Proprietary Material & Intellectual Property

Embody Your Light Somatics™ is a proprietary methodology, framework, and body of teachings developed by Cheyenne Jones.

All course materials—including but not limited to:

Videos
Audio recordings
Written content
Exercises
Frameworks
Language
Diagrams
Meditations
Concepts
Terminology

are protected intellectual property.

By enrolling, you agree that:

Materials are for your personal education only
You will not reproduce, distribute, sell, teach, record, share, or repurpose any content without written permission
You will not claim Embody Your Light Somatics™ as your own creation
You will not create derivative trainings based on this material
You will not represent yourself as “trained” or “certified” in Embody Your Light Somatics™ based on Level 1 alone

Use of this material for teaching, facilitation, or client work is only permitted through future authorized levels and agreements.

4. Ethical Use & Representation

You agree to:

Represent this training honestly
Practice within your personal and professional scope
Avoid misrepresentation of your training level
Use these teachings with integrity and respect
Honor the lineage, boundaries, and intention of this work

This training is meant to deepen awareness—not inflate authority.

5. Refunds & Access

Due to the digital nature of this program:

All sales are final
No refunds are issued once access is granted
Access is for the enrolled individual only
Account sharing is prohibited
